"Stairs"

Singapore. I like big cities, specially when I walk the streets and suddenly appears like the front page of a book that you want to read. Doors and gates, represents the beginning and the ending, the private and the public, the inside and the outside. Just a very personal and unique life behind that curtains.

"Solitaire Lunch Time"

Singapore. At one of these crowded food-markets. Full of people but at the same time a solitaire place for many of them. For this woman the only company to join her lunch with was these counters of water.

"Chinesse Chess"

The game takes time to thing about the strategy, so the public can have a short rest between movements.

"The Dog & The Cat"

These two animals are not supposed to be good friends, but here they are. Maybe because they are in "jail", their sense of respect of one with the other eliminates the barriers of being different. A paradox of our own life maybe.

"Flying over the Rice-Fields"

Where Bali is not yet "colonized". Where nature is just used for producing food. Where the birds have enough space to fly around. Where the harmony is.

"Flowered Heads"

Bali is rich on many different kind of flowers, used on many places and for different utilities. But always on the ceremonies. Men, women and children are "decorated" with various colors and aromas as part of the tradition.

"Girl at The Market"

Where ever I go I like to visit the traditional markets. This girl will help you to carry what you buy in the market, relieving you of the heavy shopping.

"Sand Reflection"

I found these two women at the beach so I decided to follow them. I knew it was a gift. Women carrying nets over their heads... one of my favorites topics. This picture is only one of many others.

"The Bicycle and The Bale"

One of my favorites moments is when the elements spontaneously join all together into a n harmonious and nice composition. The boy, the bale, the boat and the volcano at the very back. Sanur Beach.

"Awake Dream"

Is the best of enjoying the view...when someone drives you. A good place to watch the life around you. A good place to meditate.

"Mandi"

The beach is a good place to lay down on, play and relax.

" Bali... in Essence "

I've never seen before in all this time in Bali, such a tidy and clean house like the one u can see. It's time to get some clean water. It's dinner time, and this beautiful Balinese Lady, without knowing how cute and wonderful she was, "shared" to me one of the images that I more like. One image says more than thousand words. Terima Kasih Ibu.

"Dance"

Ibu Agung once danced for me and my camera. As well as she "dances" through life every single day of her life... but with a different dress. But with the same sense of humor, strength, passion, faith on God and harmony on life as. I would repeat this session one and another time again. Thank you Ibu. Suksema.

"Mother"

My deepest admiration and respect to the mothers. Don't forget Mother Earth please.

"Muslims"

Catholics, Muslims and Hindu Balinese share the religious space in Bali. I heart once that women around the world who have to cover their bodies because of religious traditions, can talk and get the whole expression of their bodies just on their eyes. I totally agree.

"Ying & Yang"

The youth and the old age. The experience and the innocence. The strength and the tenderness. The black and the white. The man and the woman. The past and the future. The night and the day. The Ying & The Yang.

"The Cat and The Offering"

This cat will "taste" the ingredients of the offering such as rice and biscuits. Maybe there's an spirit in the body of this animal...
